Written for undergraduate and graduate-level engineering students, this book presents the fundamentals of signals and systems. The text is written in modular format, so instructors can select only the topics they wish to teach. Topics covered include time-domain analysis methods, Fourier series and transforms in continuous and discrete time, and Laplace transforms and applications.
Also included are a large number of MATLAB examples and a comprehensive appendix on MATLAB operators and functions used in signal and system analysis. Control System Toolbox is also mentioned briefly.
