How can I determine the medium bias between 2 signals

Hi!

I have 2 signals, one of these has a bias. Is there a matlab function that allows me to determine the medium bias between these 2 signals ( it can be done also through a least square filter?)

why not making a polynomial fit of both signals (degree up to you : 0 for a constant bias (can be done also with mean) , 1 for a linear drift , etc...)

well, can you show the data and what you are looking for ? for me, bias can cover many different definitions

The question is definitely ambiguous, since the signals themselves are neither displayed nor described.

Perhaps subtracting the mean of one signal from the mean of the other will provide the desired result.
